Thermal-transfer printable tags for the long-term identification of specimens preserved in 10-100% formalin and alcohol solutions. These non-adhesive tags are resistant to formaldehyde and alcohol and are intended to be inserted directly into the container with preserved specimens. Can be printed with human-readable text as well as 1D/2D barcodes for enhanced tracking.
