Description
NitroTAG® with SnapPEEL™ Technology – Writable Labels for Liquid Nitrogen Storage (Patent Pending)
These writable cryogenic labels are specifically designed for durable and efficient identification of cryogenic vials. With SnapPEEL™ technology and a unique connected circle-and-rectangle design, each label allows the cap and side of vials to be labeled seamlessly in one single action. This eliminates the need for separate circle and rectangle labels, significantly improving efficiency and reducing unnecessary contact with the adhesive.
Key Benefits
– Portable dispenser box allows for easy manipulation, storage, & peeling
– Increased speed and efficiency when labeling a large batch of cryovials
– Allows for a bird’s-eye view of labeled vials
– Adheres reliably to wet surfaces
Resistance
These labels feature a strong permanent adhesive that performs reliably in liquid and vapor-phase nitrogen (-196°C / -321°F), with no cure time, -80°C freezers, and during dry ice transportation. Their waterproof design allows them to adhere to wet surfaces, withstand repeated freeze-thaw cycles, water bath immersion, and tolerate heat up to +110°C. In addition, they resist exposure to alcohols, bleach, detergents, and common sanitizing wipes.
Dispensing and Writing
These labels come in a convernient dispenser box that can be stationary at a lab bench or portable in a lab coat pocket. These labels can be writen with pens and markers. We recommend our cryogenic SM-1 marker, which is resistant to water, alcohol, and chemicals.
