Our cryo color dots and rectangles are ideal for sticking on textured caps and sides of tubes due to their specially designed adhesive for cold and rough surfaces. They are ideal for labeling the tops, caps, and sides of microtubes and cryo vials, freezer boxes, and other cryogenic containers. These writable labels are available in various colors, as well as assorted color packs. Color dots are available with a diameter between 0.25” to 1”. The smallest circle labels (0.25” diameter) can be used for identification of PCR tube tops. 0.35” and 0.44” dots are designed for 0.5, 1.0, 1.5, and 2.0 ml tubes and vials. The 0.75” and 1” diameter dots are ideal for 15 ml and 50 ml Falcon tubes. Rectangular writable labels are suitable for identifying PCR tube sides and the sides of microcentrifuge tubes and cryo vials.
Made from durable thermoplastic materials, they are available in Hagaki (4” x 6”) sheet and roll format and are easily writable with our smudge-proof cryogenic markers. They are designed to withstand long-term storage in liquid phase and vapor phase liquid nitrogen (-196°C) (subject to verification of the compatibility of labels and intended vial cap material in liquid nitrogen storage), and freezers (-120°C, -80°C, and -20°C). Waterproof, weatherproof, and wear-and-tear proof, they resist multiple freeze-thaw cycles and are ideal for dry-ice transportation.
