These Cryo RFID labels will rapidly and firmly adhere to already frozen surfaces, including cryo vials, tubes, and flat surfaces, such as cryo/freezer boxes, for prolonged storage in cryogenic conditions (-196°C). Their unique design permits them to be applied under deep-freeze conditions (-80°C), while their integrated passive RFID inlay allows them to be read without the need to be in direct line-of-sight, eliminating unwanted freeze-thaw cycles.
In addition, these RFID labels will also withstand elevated temperatures, up to +100°C, making them well suited for identifying containers immersed in heated water baths, for thawing, incubation, or inactivation of samples and reagents. Can be read while immersed in liquid, up to 1.5”/38 mm.
