Website ordering has been a challenge for me. For some reason, the LagTAG website will not let me create/order from an account with my work email address ppuglisi@aperturagtx.com. I do the ordering as guest currently and have you email my work email still for the guest checkout. Time of delivery and products have been good, website ordering has been a pain.

The representative I spoke with was very friendly she made sure that we got the products that suited our need.

During a previous order I had way to much back and forth with a customer agent. I mentioned I am new to these types of labels. I even dealt with multiple people. Do you think someone may have mentioned that you need to order $8/piece empty cores. Thats insane. $8 for a tiny version of a paper towel roll and I had to order special as no one had the decency to mention that these were needed. They are quick to ship which is nice. Usually same day or next day which is helpful.

Your product is great - I would have appreciated a little more understanding about the product that we wanted being backordered - maybe some help finding a replacement product and waiving of the shipping charges for express delivery once the backordered product became available, especially since we are a frequent customer and spend a lot with you guys.
