Slow delivery - 3 weeks and waiting.

Difficult to keep track of order, took forever to arrive.

Customer service via phone was quite unhelpful. I never received a confirmation that my order follow up email containing our tax exempt certification was received. There has also been no follow up regarding the status of our order placed two weeks ago and not yet received.

Charging "Sale Tax" to Gov't Organization and taking weeks to refund the money.

Was promised 20% discount but never received it.
