I ordered two sets of labels one on Friday night and another on Monday. Somehow the order on Monday arrived before the order on Friday. When I reached out to find out how this could have happened, your CS rep was rude and blamed your shipping service for the mix-up. Take responsibility for your actions and your vendors as they are in your supply chain and you will gain more customers. I will not be recommending Labtag to any of my lab customers who need labels in a timely manner

Website, ordering process, customer service I give five stars, however for time of delivery only gets one start. My order was schedule to be deliver on 3/2/21 and as of 3/5/21 it has not been deliver and tracking information says that new ship date is 3/8/21 end of day. My order was place on 2/19/21
